Project- Munifin centre BCM
At the Munifin Centre (BCM) project, our team undertook extensive first-floor repairs. We removed all suspended ceilings, strapping, and bracing, and cleared away loose paint from staircases and concrete ceilings. New gridwork and strapping were installed to the correct specifications, followed by fitting 1,470 m² of new suspended ceiling panels in white. Finally, we refreshed all staircases with two coats of Plascon paint in the client’s chosen colour — delivering a clean, modern finish throughout.

Repairs to the Concrete Roofs — Munifin Centre (BCM)
For the concrete roofs at Munifin Centre, our team completed 1,222 m² of high-quality waterproofing and finishing. We primed the concrete slab roofs with a bitumen primer, then applied and burned a new 4mm Indexing Torch-on membrane to the surfaces according to specification. To complete the job, we coated the new Torch-on roofs with two layers of silver aluminium paint, ensuring durability, waterproofing, and a clean finish.

Music Room Roof Restoration at Selborne Primary School
Our team recently undertook essential repair work on the music room roof at Selborne Primary School. The project focused on restoring the integrity of the roof’s flashings and parapet walls. We began by removing the old, failed membrane and thoroughly high-pressure cleaning the surfaces to remove all debris. Following preparation, we applied two coats of a premium grey liquid rubberising and waterproofing system to the headwall and sidewall flashings, ensuring a durable, seamless, and watertight seal to protect the building from the elements for years to come.

Residential Roof Flashing Repair in Nahoon
We recently completed a targeted repair on the main roof of a private residence in Nahoon. The project focused on rectifying issues with the sidewall flashing, a critical area for water ingress. Our team stripped the old, damaged membrane before preparing the surface and applying two coats of a high-performance green Duraflex liquid rubberising and waterproofing system. This specialised application creates a durable, seamless seal, restoring the roof’s integrity and protecting the home from potential leaks.
